Lip Service (Part 2)

Without further ado, today we talk about the second type of procedure done on the lips (continuation of Lip Service Part 1).
2. Lip Augmentation
Instead of thinning the lips, lip augmentation allows the thickening or modeling of the lips as a patient sees fit. You can puff up your lips (if it floats your boat) or make certain bits of it fuller or rounder etc. This can be done by implanting either fat grafts (usually from the periumbilical region, peri- = around, umbilical = belly button) or a synthetic AlloDerm implant.
Sometimes, this involves the Cupid's bow of the upper lip, the vermillion (the reddish part of your lips) and the skin (see picture). Example of someone (Rick Springfield) obliterating his Cupid's bow, showing the pre-op lips (right) and the end result (left). The difference is very subtle but it's there nevertheless. A minute amount of fat or AlloDerm can be injected under the Cupid's bow to raise the level of the vermillion to fill up the depression. Alternatively, two incisions can be made to trim off the two peaks of the upper lip (this however tends to leave larger scars).

What kind did she have? Like how did she augment or reduce her lips? Can add in details when you have the time?
hmmm I guess you're gonna be busy because I think her whole face and all features has been reconstructed...... I don't think she has anything "original" on her face.... Maybe only her eyeballs and ears.... For the rest like..... eyes, nose, chin, cheeks, facial shape has all been changed OMFG!!!!! How....... How could she did SO MUCH on that face of hers?!
cmon Biren, if you want to set up such a "quality" site at least have the guts to put your name to it ...you want dawn to admit to something but you yourself don't dare to admit to this. hypocritical? Why? is what you're doing so shameful? i doubt you'd be able to sue because it's really you who did this site and what sort of case would that make for hahaha. And please, your site is so obviously NOT OBJECTIVE, it's clearly an attack on a girl who never harmed you (or did she reject u before in rj?)wake up n see how many people are actually dissing you n your lame "theories" in real life.

Simply put, no one will get sued since libel and slander cases are VERY expensive. No matter how rich her family is, law suits like these are going to be long and drawn out, sometimes taking months or years. The price for the lawyers will far outweigh the payment received, thus no one wins but the lawyers.
The "defamatory" card has been mostly played by politicians or companies to threaten organisations or individuals etc and it is used as a threat to quell free speech. In situations regarding blogs, they are nothing more than ideal threats meant to scare away the unknowing and ignorant.
If you looked under any legislation, libel and slander cases are only really applicable to large organisations and rarely if ever are the plaintiffs regular Joes. Remember, truth is the best defense, if you can prove what you said was true, there would be no basis for a defamation action against you. With that said always use implications instead of assertions ("she got her nose done!!" compared with "do you think her nose is natural?"). But you will be fine.

Taking the subject away from Dawn:
If you get a nose fix like that, how long would it last for? How does the skin feel? Would you be able to get one nose job, and will it last until you grow old? Can you remove the nose and get your normal one back?

i got very reliable information that daphne did her eyelids amongst other stuff (can't name the person who revealed it or he'll be in trouble)

i have nothing against dawn. but from her scary transformation in the pictures, i have something to say.
dawn, you got a new face to fit in with the unsuspecting beautiful crowd.
you need to remember you weren't always so beautiful and should eat some humble pie by-
1. not taking so many narcissistic shots and obviously trying to get attention (don't say that you didn't go out looking for fame and that it came to you when all your posts have a narcissistic shot of you to start it off)
2. stop showing off that you have so many beautiful friends
3. stop thinking people are jealous of you (when you were even worse off looking than them before)
4. not try to get into the spotlight because you don't deserve it in the first place
5. basically keep a low profile
6. not try to change your heritage and distance yourself even further away from your original self (besides you never rightfully belonged with the panasians, not when you dont even deserve a spot with the beautiful)
7. stop lying about so many aspects of your life in order to pretend to be some little miss perfect
then maybe, you can still peacefully half-live the lie that you are "naturally beautiful".
