Dawn Yang haters won't like this post.
Another feature of Dawn Yang that has came into question is her lips; sweet luscious fruits of kissing joy, are they for real? Before reading this article, one should probably read Lip Service (Part 1) and (Part 2)
For the sake of this article, I have found a pair of matching pictures with relatively similar poses and camera angles:
The first thing that anyone would notice is the shape and size of her eyes are rather dissimilar, but her eyes are not the topic of discussion for this article. They will be looked at on a future date.
Zooming up on her lips, we get:
Firstly, in my Lip Service articles, I talked about Lip Reduction and Augmentation. From the thickness of the vermillion in either pictures, I became pretty convinced that her inferior (lower) lips are more or less the same. They have the same thickness and the same shape. With that said, I am unable to find any evidence supporting claims that she had altered her lips to make them look fuller or thinner.
However, when we take a closer look at her superior (upper) lip, we will be able to notice that the shape of the Cupid's Bow (that's why Cupid was going "Where's my bow?" if you didn't get the joke in the last article) is different. The vermillion of the superior lip (on the left picture) is flatter and does not possess the same concaving indenture visible in the second (right) picture. If you do not know what I am talking about, place your mouse over the image and an outline of the border of the vermillion and the skin on the superior lip will be visible. Clearly something was done to erase the little depression on that lip.
"So she did something to her lips! Stone her!!" you might say. But I need to urge readers that this conclusion is based on only one set of pictures. This is, sadly, due to the lack of high-resolution pictures of pre-operative Dawn (however we have many, many pictures of post-operative Dawn, see the collage in Dude, Where's My Bow? [the Cupid's Bow is not evident in any of them]) <-- nested comments ftw.
In a nutshell, I am unable to draw a definitive conclusion to the problem at hand. All I can say is that I am about 75% confident that she did have surgical intervention on her kissers to remove that little bow on her upper lip. On the other hand, rumours of her pumping up or shaving off her lips are quite unfound.

actually nobody has to do anything to their lips. if they did some cheek tightening/ remove the fat from the cheek areas, the lips will naturally be pulled backwards hence the wider smile in post surgery whoever.

I thought she's natural? Her boobs look natural to me. Her nose is almost exactly like her grandmother's. Eyes, I'm not sure lah.

Cutting double eye lids itself can contribute to larger eyes.
I will comment on that soon, but it might take a while for that to come since we'll be going down to the Gold Coast -> Cairns for a week or two starting wednesday. Still, it might be possible to update the blog from internet cafes but I'll see how things turn out (might be too hammered to do anything).
About the Fiona Xie business, if you really wanted me to comment on her, I would need pre and post pictures. And boob-jobs are incredibly hard to tell (unless of course you went from a happy meal to extra large) and can only really be confirmed if visible scars are present (but that requires candid nudies which I frankly don't think she has any of).
ya fiona xie definitely did her nose bridge and double eyelids.. when she first came out she looked quite singaporean.. now she looks more pan asian. but her change is just a tiny bit. hers is called an "enhancement", nothing wrong with that. dawn's is a complete different story.

And I am positive she did her eyes.. my friend who had eyelid surgery still sticks the sticker too because she complains that the eyelid is not as thick as she wanted it. Fiona Xie's eyes were really much smaller before. And I think she already had a nose job before her Genie show.

I think dawn and fiona look a little alike?! (same surgeon? hah!) Personally, I prefer dawn, think she's much prettier. Who says you must have mega enlargement done for breast augmentation? Can always opt for 1 to 1.5 size bigger only as it looks more natural. I know if I wanna risk having implants which I know fungus and likes will party in them sooner or later, I'll definitely opt for 1>1.5 size bigger. Think 1 size bigger is better but then I hate to think abt some fungus growing inside the implants or worst ruptured implants and having to have them replace every few yrs and getting sick from things growing inside making my life a living hell.
BTW breasts do not start growing at high speed at later stage such as from 15 onwards and 14 for some.

The female body releases different amounts of female sex hormones such as estrogen and progesterone periodically with respect to the stage of her menstrual cycle. These two steroid hormones causes the development of secondary sex characteristics (breats, smoother skin, mammary glands etc).
Hence theoretically at different stages of her menstrual cycle, it is possible for breast sizes to vary. An interesting fact is that if you give a male enough estrogen over a sustained period, he will get enlarged chest and he might even produce some milk.

This serves as a very good opportunity for both Dawn and her friends to pose a defence strategy by shifting the attention away from Dawn to Fiona.
Also, one of the defence strategies used would be to imply the idea that she is not the only one who has had surgery to improve her looks.
Let's keep in mind that Fiona has always looked beautiful. I've seen her baby picture in a magazine before and she looked as cute. Ask Dawn to show you one of her baby/toddler pictures. Wait, I'm sure she's already set them all on fire.

There is a regular poster there called jovinliu who is on her way to looking like a horror show in a few years.
Of course, I'm not against a few tweaks and repairs if your looks are horrifing or super damaging to self esteem. But Dawn should have stopped after the prom night stage. Then she only had her nose done and maybe her eyes.

Stiffness of the lips resulted from rhinoplasty.
During rhinoplasty ops, due to the 'heightening' of the nose, the skin of the nose will thus be 'stretched'. It will thus be hard for the patient to smile naturally as the stretching effect caused the upper lips to be stiff. This stiffness will last for 6 to 15 mths after the surgery, thus DY probably had her nose done not too long ago.
How i know about such facts? Cos i had my nose done too.

Hi hi guys, sorry about the lack of updates recently. I'm in Brisbane atm and queuing for the internet at the backpacker place we're staying in is just hell.
One thing with regards to plastics, the word plastic's original meaning didn't come from that stuff that's used to build everything these days. Plastic means moldable it means something can be shaped easily. So the term "plastic surgery" doesn't mean that you put pieces of plastic into someone's face. It implies that the surgery molds or shapes another person like you would shape clay or plasticine.

Hey medical doctors! I am not one but judging from all the pictures here and at XLX, I can immediately tell what Dawn has done and how many times. I read up quite alot on plastic surgery and can observe it well in the face of someone who has had it.
1. Let's start from the beginning when Dawn was surgery free and very typical Singaporean looking in her first SCGS pic. From here we can tell, NO SURGERY. Who in the right mind anyway would send their daughter to have surgery in secondary school?
2. RJC pics. She already slightly heightened her nose from the bridge down to mid-section AND done a minor procedure of enlarging her eyes. This procedure is done by sewing three dots on the eyelids to "brighten" the eyes.
3. Somewhere along the way, her face was lipo-ed to make it longer, smaller, and sharper. So her upper lip is shaved thinner, and she has some sort of cheek implants. She also got some teeth adjustments.
4. Most recent pictures. I am guessing that just before she went to USA (judging from pictures in her blog) she had a rhinoplasty to sharpen the tip of her nose, re-did her eyes but this time she opted the more extreme option of CUTTING the eyelids to get the caucasian look, has botox in some parts of her face (I am guessing forehead and jaw to make it smaller), as well as sillicon inserted in her chin to make it longer and sharper (this I can tell from the MAXIM picture in this blog).
5. I don't think she bleached her skin. She just stayed out of the sun completely to stay fair.
To complete her new look, she has fake eyelashes, a lighter shade of brown for her eyebrows, and of course those coloured contact lens.
There, that is my analysis. Man, I could steal your jobs docs! :D
Ps, she does a really good job of shading in her eyebrow to make them look naturally dark, full, and lush too. But trust me when she takes off her makeup, its a whole different story.

Aye, I'm a casual acquaintance of dawn and see her quite alot. I'm just gonna objectively say what I know and have seen for myself in real life.
I've known her since her scgs days and she was indeed already pretty then, although very tanned and had a bit of a chubby face. Seeing her gradually change over the years, I'm 90% certain alot of it is her becoming fairer (she often says she wants to stay out of the sun), her new styling (brows, eyelashes, contacts, hair, eyelid glue, whatever u girls do), and loss of baby fat, but it's also a known fact amongst our social circle that she and some other girlfriends did get their noses done.
She is a quiet sweet and kind girl who I believe doesn't deserve all this and such crazy exaggerations of surgery. She may have done her nose and not admitted it, which is debatably wrong, but so have thousands of other people not admitted.(is anyone still so naive to believe that nose jobs are not a dime a dozen these days?)If she didn't turn out looking so much prettier than others I bet no one would be "analyzing" her face.
Btw, my friends say she does go to USC now, her flamers didn't bother to get their facts straight.

As for losing baby fats on face, trust me I changed a lot since I was 15. I lost lots of baby fats but not in Dawn's way. Actually I have never seen a living person that lost so much baby fats till her entire face shape changed which include much longer and much sharper chins. Sure my chin is sharper now but not to that extreme.
Bone structure is unique but it will never deviate that much if you know what I mean.
Whether Dawn has plastic surgery or not is obvious. I am more interested in the writeups of how it is done which include the risks and procedure.

P.S. A friend taught me how to spot a fake nose in bed:
push up and in on the tip of the nose and the girl/guy will be in major pain if its fake since the nose is pretty much solid, ouch! (no need to push that hard supposedly)
I also want to add on other thing. If you think about it, all the "good charactered" yet NATURALLY really hot people don't need the limelight and post photos of themselves all over the net. They don't need to show it off to anyone because they are happy the way they are. Even many models don't give a shit. they just use the fact that they look good to make money but they aren't in it for a popularity contest or fame. You can do this by either fracturing the mandible at 2 places and bring it forward, or add an implant to create a chin.
It's not the fat reduction that makes her face look sharper. At the same time she probably shaved her mandible too to create that pretty jaw outline.

i believe the site owner is using the sec 1 pic becos that is what was provided by the insiders, ie Dawn's secondary school mates. if you like to be fair to her and 'show us' her sec 4 pictures, you would then have to provide the pictures.
personally I dont think she looked ugly. She wasn't pretty, but she looked good enough after her A levels (with 1st eyelid surgery and silicon nose implant). She should have stopped there when she was recognizable.But she was too kiasu and wanted to be eurasian looking. The thought of that itself, is UGLY.
